Beautiful really inexpensive place to stay in Łódź. Spacious rooms with modern decor. Both TVs had Netflix which was a nice surprise. Balcony was also a nice part of the stay, we enjoyed our breakfast there.
Stylish rooms. You'll find everything you need for a living. Comfy and thought through, and very clean. You can hear people from other rooms when they are loud.
The balcony has tabel and chairs. Nice to eat breakfast and although the view is not great. But for sure not hotels problem...
Unfortunately, the restaurant works only till 12.00.

Lovely place, great rooms would definitely recommend.
If you have a big car you can have problems with parking. The parking lot is behind a gate inside the building. The gate is very narrow, pretty hard to drive through. This doesn't really affect my satisfaction with the place.
Very nice service at checkout and during breakfast. Really making sure that the guests had a satisfactory stay.
Everything was very good. The only comment I have is about breakfast service. The food was ok but we had to wait for almost 50 minutes for two scrumble eggs, something that it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to make. We had to eat breakfast in 8 minutes because we had to checked out. So, that was not very pleasent
Additionally, when the food came, it was kinda cold. Anyway, besides this, the rest was very good.
Room was clean beautiful and well furnished with absolutely all we needed. The dishwasher and clothes washer were a great touch with provided detergent as some places don't provide anything.
Everything we needed was here, plates, coffee, even two bottles of water, sparking and still, well done guys!
Beautiful patio to sit on accompanied with of course the wasps investigation our food and drink.
Walking was convienent as only about a km away from the main walking street with of course a zabka convienent store every second corner.
Only issues was people walking upstairs and could hear the click clacking of their heels and the street not so scenic...otherwise awesome
Hotel is great, but outside you have to watch carefully not to step into dogs mines.
Cozy apartments near the Piotrkowska street with friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Private parking provided in the backyard.
